The Academy of Management with its divisions is a professional association for scholars of management and organization. The worldwide members are professors and Ph.D. students in business schools at universities, academics in related social science and other fields, and practitioners who value knowledge creation and application. The Organization Change and Development (ODC) Division of the Academy of Management represents a community of scholars and practitioners who create and disseminate impactful and rigorous knowledge to enrich constructive change management and organization development. As one of two junior faculty positions, Dr. Gutzan started her new role as General Representative-at-large in August 2018 for a three-year term. She works with Division Chair/ Division Chair-Elect on sponsorship/ fundraising and with the PDW Chair-elect on developing and hosting a Junior Faculty PDW.
